Lomiko Resources Inc. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has appointed Mr. Bryan Slim, P.Eng to the Board of Directors. Bryan Slim has 40 years experience in the international mining industry that involved some 19 countries in the continents of North and South America, Europe, Africa and Asia. He has covered underground and open pit minesite projects for many years as well as done consulting for major engineering firms and, for the last 21 years, has acted as an independent Professional Engineer. Mineral segments have included the hard rock, coal, tar sands and industrial minerals. Mr. Slim has also written and presented eight or nine professional papers for various international conferences. Mr. Slim’s minesite responsibilities include seven years in Africa, at Ashanti Goldfields Ghana as mine engineer, and in mine operations with Anglo American Corporation in South Africa. Canadian experience includes production engineering at Granduc Operating Company, industrial engineering at Alwinsal Potash of Canada in Saskatchewan and Snr Technical Services Engineer at Great Canadian Oil Sands Ltd in Fort McMurray.
The Company welcomes Mr. Slim to the Board.
The Company also advises that Frances Correa has resigned from the Board of Directors due to other commitments. The Company would like to thank Ms. Correa for her contribution over the many years that she has served on the Board.
